Plain English, like everything else we do. Last updated: 24 October 2026.
2Way Marketing ("we", "us") is a marketing agency based in Dudley, West Midlands. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@2waymarketing.co.uk.
We don't ask for sensitive personal information and we'd ask you not to send it.
We never sell your information. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and our email, who process information on our behalf:
We use Google Tag Manager to manage the measurement tools on this site, such as Google Analytics, which tell us how visitors find and use our pages so we can improve them. Google may also help us measure whether our own advertising is working.
These cookies are only set if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. If you click “Reject”, or ignore the banner, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. We remember your choice in your browser so we don't ask on every page.
You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link, which is also in the footer of every page. Information collected this way is processed by Google LLC, which may transfer it outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to: give you a copy of the information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; or transfer it to you or someone else. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To do any of these, email hello@2waymarketing.co.uk — we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
We'll update this page if anything changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
We'd like to use analytics cookies to see how people use this site so we can improve it. They're only set if you accept. More in our privacy policy.
